Loclume is een merk van WeIntensify B.V. (KvK 98895982, btw NL868691574B01), Kanaalkade 57, 1811 LS Alkmaar, Nederland, telefoon +31 85 060 3095, e-mail info@loclume.com. Deze verklaring gaat over twee dingen: deze website (loclume.com) en de Loclume-app (web, Android en iOS).
A. Deze website
Voor de website is WeIntensify B.V. de verwerkingsverantwoordelijke.
- Contactformulier: naam, e-mailadres, bedrijfsnaam en je bericht. Grondslag: (pre)contractuele stappen op jouw verzoek.
- Statistieken (alleen na toestemming): geanonimiseerde bezoekersstatistieken via Google Analytics. Grondslag: toestemming. Zolang er geen statistiekdienst is ingesteld, plaatsen we geen statistiekcookies.
- Technisch noodzakelijk: taalkeuze en cookievoorkeur in de lokale opslag van je browser.

Lettertypen worden self-hosted geleverd; de website laadt geen fonts of scripts van externe servers, behalve Google Analytics na jouw toestemming.
B. De Loclume-app
Gegevens die je organisatie in Loclume vastlegt (tellingen, locaties, voorraadwijzigingen) verwerken wij in opdracht van die organisatie. Voor accountbeheer, beveiliging en support is WeIntensify B.V. zelf verantwoordelijk.
Welke gegevens
- Account: e-mailadres, gebruikers-ID, naam, rol en werkruimte.
- Tellingen: schapcodes, gescande EAN-/SKU-waarden, aantallen, tijdstippen en welke gebruiker wat heeft gedaan.
- Stockitup-koppeling: verbindingsstatus, seller-ID, warehouse-ID en goedgekeurde voorraadwijzigingen. Je Stockitup-sleutels worden versleuteld aan de serverkant bewaard en zijn nooit leesbaar vanuit de app.
- Feedback: meldingen, statusgeschiedenis, reacties van het team en meegestuurde diagnose-informatie.
- Apparaat: een lokale apparaat-ID om tellingen veilig te coördineren en na een verbindingsstoring te herstellen.
Waarvoor
- Inloggen en team-, winkel- en rolrechten afdwingen.
- Tellingen uitvoeren, vergelijken met Stockitup en goedgekeurde wijzigingen doorsturen.
- Recente activiteit, feedbackstatus en de audittrail tonen.
- Supportvragen onderzoeken die je zelf indient.
Grondslag: uitvoering van de overeenkomst met je organisatie en ons gerechtvaardigd belang bij een veilige dienst.
Wat we niet doen
- Geen advertentie-SDK's en geen tracking over apps heen.
- Camerabeelden van het barcodescannen worden niet opgeslagen of geüpload; alleen de gelezen code wordt gebruikt.
- Geen Stockitup-geheimen of serversleutels in de app.

Bij doorgifte buiten de EER gebruiken wij de standaardcontractbepalingen van de Europese Commissie of een vergelijkbare waarborg.
Bewaartermijnen
- Formulierberichten van de website: maximaal 2 jaar na afronding van het contact.
- Operationele geschiedenis in de app (tellingen, verplaatsingen, audittrail, feedback): 90 dagen.
- Account-, werkruimte-, lidmaatschaps- en koppelingsgegevens: zolang de werkruimte actief is of tot een verwijderverzoek is afgerond.
- Administratie die onder de fiscale bewaarplicht valt: 7 jaar (Nederlandse wetgeving).
- Cookievoorkeur: 365 dagen.

Jouw rechten
Je hebt recht op inzage, rectificatie, verwijdering, beperking, bezwaar en gegevensoverdraagbaarheid. Toestemming kun je altijd intrekken. Neem contact op via info@loclume.com. Je kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

A. This website
For the website, WeIntensify B.V. is the data controller.
- Contact form: name, email address, company name and your message. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request.
- Statistics (only with consent): anonymised visitor statistics via Google Analytics. Legal basis: consent. As long as no statistics service is configured, we set no statistics cookies.
- Technically necessary: language choice and cookie preference in your browser's local storage.

Fonts are self-hosted; the website loads no fonts or scripts from external servers, except Google Analytics after your consent.
B. The Loclume app
Data your organisation records in Loclume (counts, locations, stock changes) is processed on behalf of that organisation. For account management, security and support, WeIntensify B.V. is itself responsible.
What data
- Account: email address, user ID, name, role and workspace.
- Counts: shelf codes, scanned EAN/SKU values, quantities, timestamps and which user did what.
- Stockitup connection: connection status, seller ID, warehouse ID and approved stock changes. Your Stockitup credentials are stored encrypted on the server side and are never readable from the app.
- Feedback: reports, status history, team replies and any diagnostics you send along.
- Device: a local device ID used to coordinate counts safely and to recover after a connection failure.
Why
- Sign-in and enforcing team, store and role permissions.
- Running counts, comparing them with Stockitup and sending approved changes.
- Showing recent activity, feedback status and the audit trail.
- Investigating support requests you submit.
Legal basis: performance of the agreement with your organisation and our legitimate interest in a secure service.
What we do not do
- No advertising SDKs and no cross-app tracking.
- Camera images used for barcode scanning are never stored or uploaded; only the decoded code is used.
- No Stockitup secrets or server keys inside the app.

Retention periods
- Website form messages: up to 2 years after the contact is concluded.
- Operational history in the app (counts, moves, audit trail, feedback): 90 days.
- Account, workspace, membership and connection records: while the workspace is active or until a deletion request is completed.
- Records subject to Dutch fiscal retention duty: 7 years.
- Cookie preference: 365 days.

B. Loclume uygulaması
Kuruluşunun Loclume'a kaydettiği veriler (sayımlar, lokasyonlar, stok değişiklikleri) o kuruluş adına işlenir. Hesap yönetimi, güvenlik ve destek için sorumlu WeIntensify B.V.'nin kendisidir.
Hangi veriler
- Hesap: e-posta adresi, kullanıcı kimliği, ad, rol ve çalışma alanı.
- Sayımlar: raf kodları, okutulan EAN/SKU değerleri, adetler, zaman damgaları ve hangi kullanıcının ne yaptığı.
- Stockitup bağlantısı: bağlantı durumu, seller ID, warehouse ID ve onaylanan stok değişiklikleri. Stockitup anahtarların sunucu tarafında şifreli saklanır ve uygulamadan asla okunamaz.
- Geri bildirim: bildirimler, durum geçmişi, ekip yanıtları ve eklediğin tanılama bilgileri.
- Cihaz: sayımları güvenle koordine etmek ve bağlantı kesintisinden sonra kurtarmak için yerel bir cihaz kimliği.
